Lisa Kerr has swapped an executive position with the Ray White Group in Western Australia to become the new owner of a Ray White real estate office in South Perth.
Opening the office at 3/37a Brandon Street, South Perth, is the realization of a long held dream for Lisa after many years as a business development executive for Ray White Corporate in Perth.
Ray White WA CEO Mark Whiteman said he was delighted that Lisa had taken on the challenge of running her own Ray White agency.
“Lisa has enjoyed an outstanding career with the Ray White Group and we are so proud she has taken on this brand new office at South Perth,” Mr Whiteman said.
Lisa (pictured right with Ray White South Perth Administration Manager Jan Christensen) said she just loves working with people and helping others to achieve their goals.
“I decided to open my own office for many reasons, one being the challenge and having the ability to do things a bit differently,” she said.
“I just love having the opportunity to be able to help someone find their dream home and seeing someone get excited and with a big smile on their face.
“I don’t want this to be a traditional real estate office. My office doesn’t have cubicles and is not grey, black or bland in colour. We have the Ray White colour themed office with fun things, a creative atmosphere and a personality.”
Lisa said she is excited about the future and the South Perth office is actively recruiting sales agents.
“We are happy to report that we already have a number of managements on board, and we are also looking to attract sales people looking to get to the next level,” she said.
Lisa started her work life in sales and has a strong background in property management.
“I used my management experience to grow and develop into the business development executive role for Ray White Corporate, working with our offices to help build their business and strengthen team development,” she said.
“I have my Certificate IV in training and assessment so over the years I have put together many training modules for Ray White offices. I have also delivered personal development programs for schools, drug and rehabilitation centres which I found very rewarding.
“Now I’m just really looking forward to achieving success in this new chapter of my life at Ray White South Perth.”
